How to submit car claim?

Step 1

Assess the Situation

If your car is stalled, contact us for tow-truck assistance to take your car to the nearest panel workshop. You can request for a tow-truck via the Etiqa+ app. If your car is lost or stolen, skip to step 2. If your car is damaged(eg: windscreen crack), skip to step 3.

Make a report

If the situation permits, take photos of the incident, exchange information with any other party involved and head to the nearest police station to file a report.

Step 3

Submit Your Claim

Submit your claim via the Etiqa+ app or via panel workshops. You can locate panel workshops and windscreen workshops via the app.
