Etiqa Contact Centre operates from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Complaints will normally require approximately 14 business days to be resolved from the date of receipt . If a complaint requires complex investigations or extensive research, you will be notified and timeframe will be extended. You will be kept informed of the status of your complaint from time to time.
